ØVRD’s mission is to preserve human C2 in the age of Autonomy by enabling operators to direct and supervise autonomous systems through precise neural command, naturally, securely and at scale.

STEALTH

Every generation of military technology reduces the distance between command and action. ØVRD removes the interface layer itself, enabling operators to command autonomous systems without diverting attention from the mission. Tactical authority remains while interface friction is silently replaced.

SCALE

Modular neural command maps to pre-existing autonomous systems - UAS, UGV, or USV. ØVRD’s tactical link is a signed directive of a few dozen bytes, on the accredited bearer the unit already carries. Scale is not delivered by adding more controllers. It is delivered by removing them from the loop.

The Motor Unit Foundation Model (MUFM) is a neural command abstraction layer designed for human command interoperability without introducing complexity.

The architecture unifies three previously separate capability gaps:

→ Legally - binding policy for operators to exercise appropriate levels of human judgment over the use of force.

→ Operational - hyper-teaming doctrine demands many-to-one operator ratio introducing significant cognitive loads.

→ Structurally - control interfaces bound to platform violates Modular Open System Architecture requiring separate procurement cycle with every capability upgrade.

ØVRD's Tactical Neural Command resolves the operator's neuro-motor activity into deterministic closed-loop, pre-authorised directives, privately on-device, across platform-agnostic nodes, compressing months of high budget operator training to minutes.
